2017 Mitsubishi Mirage Trim Levels

Comparing Trim Levels for the 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage

It should come as no surprise that the Mirage is one of Mitsubishi’s most popular models. It’s an extremely affordable and fun-to-drive hatchback, and is the most fuel-efficient non-hybrid vehicle on the market. Mitsubishi offers three trim levels for the 2017 Mirage: ES, SE, and GT. Let’s take a look into the specific features of these three versions and how they compare to one another. The most basic trim level offered for the 2017 Mirage is ES. For safety features on a 2017 Mirage ES you get a child seat LATCH system, stability and traction control, dual front airbags, driver knee airbags, front side airbags, and front/rear side curtain airbags. The car’s audio system consists of a USB auxiliary audio input, a CD player, and an MP3 player. Convenience features include a multi-function remote with keyless entry, fuel filler control, panic alarm, and removable valet key. The next trim level up from the Mirage ES is SE, which features an impressive number of upgrades from the ES model. On the entertainment side, the SE includes both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay systems, as well as Bluetooth connectivity. The air conditioning system features automatic climate control, and the safety features have been enhanced with a rearview camera. Convenience features have also been upgraded, with cruise control, remote start, and steering wheel mounted controls included. The GT is the top trim level available for the Mirage, with some subtle yet very important differences from the SE model. The front headlights feature more advanced automatic sensing, while both the driver and front passenger seats are heated. The car rides on 15” alloy wheels, larger than the ES or SE, and the transmission comes standard with INVECS-III CVT, which creates smoother transitions between gears and increases engine efficiency. No matter which trim level you decide to go with, you’ll be getting an amazing car at an amazing price with the 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage. Find the best deal possible on a Mirage over at Peruzzi Mitsubishi! Our experts can answer any questions you may have about the specific features of each trim level, and help you figure out which one would work best for you. Stop by today!

Introduction and Overview of the 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

The 2017 Geneva International Motor Show is on, and automakers have gathered to reveal their new models and concepts. Among them is the all-new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross compact SUV, launching later this year. Rather than replacing any current Mitsubishi vehicles, it aims to fill a gap between the RVR and Outlander. One important new addition is that the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross comes with standard all-wheel drive. It also has a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine and a manual CVT (continuously variable transmission). A 2.2-liter turbocharged option will also be available overseas, but seems unlikely to cross over into the U.S. With a forward-raked hatch, a crease along the side and new rear fenders, the Eclipse Cross’s exterior is new, but not radically so. Even with these changes, the vehicle still has that classic crossover look. Autoblog.com even said that the vehicle’s Mitsubishi shield grille might just be the best looking one yet. On the inside, there is a redesigned slanting downwards center stack with radio, climate controls and more. A touchscreen on the dashboard that can link with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Rear seats can slide and recline, to give either your passengers or your cargo more room. Although no official prices have been announced yet, the 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is set to release in Europe this fall. Other regions, like the U.S., will soon follow. Stay tuned for the exciting arrival of this new vehicle at Peruzzi Mitsubishi. In the meantime, check out our other new Mitsubishi vehicles, like the Mirage and the Outlander Sport.
