The Mitsubishi Mirage series is among the hottest tickets in the automotive world.  There are so many features to recommend this vehicle, all of which you can see up close at Peruzzi Mitsubishi.  But still, some shoppers may get a little overwhelmed trying to choose between two of the best-sellers in the line: the Mitsubishi Mirage or the Mirage G4 version.  We break down the basics, but always feel free to ask one of the helpful sales experts at Peruzzi Mitsubishi as to which will best suit your needs and lifestyle.

HOW DO THEY COMPARE ON THE OUTSIDE?

Aesthetics are important to all drivers.  The 2019 Mirage has a more “rounded” look, while the G4 appears a bit sleeker and sophisticated.  The Mirage model comes in more colors than the G4 model.  Weigh all those factors as you compare the two.

AND ON THE INSIDE?

Both models of the Mirage boast impressive cargo space.  However, at 17.2 cubic feet, the Mirage has far more than the G4 (12.3 cubic feet).  And by putting the rear seat of the Mirage down, you’ll enjoy 47 cubic feet.  The rear seats of the G4 are not adjustable.

ENGINE POWER

Both versions of the Mitsubishi Mirage come equipped with a reliable, efficient engine design.  The basic trim of the Mirage offers a 3-cylinder engine that generates 78 horsepower and 74 lb-ft torque., with 33/41 mpg. The G4 pulls about the same, but with 35/41 mpg at the higher trim.

Either version of the Mitsubishi Mirage is a smart choice.  However, if your lifestyle requires more space for “stuff,” the Mirage may be a better pick than the G4.  On the other hand, if you want a sleeker, classier-looking sedan, the G4 is a great option.

The best way to determine it is to see both models of the Mitsubishi Mirage for yourself at Peruzzi Mitsubishi.  Come on by!
